Christie recently returned to Wilsonville, Oregon from  McCall, Idaho where she was involved in many aspects of the community.

There is a unique energy in people who live in the mountains, possibly energized by the pine-scented air and a spirituality that comes from vibrant sunsets and the absence of urban craziness.

Christie Gorsline began the McCall annual fall Payette Lake Writers event and was conference director for its first four years.  She is available to share this knowledge and experience by speaking at conferences about the nuts and bolts of organizing a successful writers' conference.
